Charter terms

DRAFT — FINAL TERMS TO BE CONFIRMED

Your booking A charter is confirmed once we have confirmed your date in writing and received the deposit. Rates are in US dollars and exclude 7% Florida sales tax and gratuity. A licensed captain and fuel are included in every rate.

Guests The number of guests may not exceed the limit shown for each yacht. Every guest, including children, counts toward that limit. Guests must follow the captain's instructions at all times.

On board The captain is responsible for the safety of the vessel and everyone aboard and may end a charter early if guests act unsafely or unlawfully. No illegal substances are permitted. Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol. Life jackets are on board; children must wear one when required by law.

Damage The person who makes the booking is responsible for damage caused by their party beyond normal wear.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
