Cancellation & weather policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before Cancel at least 24 hours before your charter's scheduled start time and the charter fee is refunded in full.

Within 24 hours Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Weather and safety Your captain makes the final call on weather and sea conditions. If the captain cancels or cuts short a charter for safety, you may reschedule at no cost or receive a refund for the time not used.

If a named tropical storm or hurricane is forecast to affect Miami, or a government weather warning is in effect for the area at the time of your charter, you may cancel for a full refund.

Ordinary Florida weather, such as a passing afternoon shower, is not a reason for a refund. Your captain will adjust the route where possible.

Rescheduling You may move your charter to another date, subject to availability, if you ask at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Timing Charters begin and end at the booked times. Late arrival does not extend the charter.
