How we use it We use your details only to reply to you, arrange and manage your charter, and improve our service. We share them with the yacht's captain or operator only as needed to run your charter.

What we don't do We do not sell your personal information.

Chat concierge Our website chat assistant, Alfred, is an AI. Messages you type in the chat are processed by our AI provider (Meta) to generate replies and are shared with our team so a broker can follow up. Please don't share payment details in the chat.

WhatsApp and email If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, those conversations are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.

Your choices You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to the email address below.
